Be A Vendor at The Market

Want to feature your goods in an well-established, high-traffic retail market in downtown Clayton, NC? The Market at Three Little Birds is a flourishing 10,000 sq. ft. storefront that offers home decor, furniture, boutique clothing and jewelry, stationary, gifts, specialty food and much more.  We are now accepting applications for product vendors and booth rentals.  Product vendors are on a consignment model. Booths are on a monthly rental model and available as 5x5 or 10x10 spaces that can be combined to create larger booths if needed. 

VENDOR REQUIREMENTS

The review process is done in-house through a panel of owners, customers and product specialists. The application fee ($25 for products, $50 for booth) is non-refundable. The review process is 7 - 10 business days and is subject to the following:

Vendors must:  

 

  • Sell high quality, new goods

    • No used home, gift or clothing items 

  • Packaging/Branding

    • Goods must be appropriately packaged/branded based on product type

    • Food and beauty products must meet industry standards for packaging/labeling and ingredients. 

 

Approval is based on, but not limited to: 

  • Overall store fit (please browse our website and social media to determine if your style aligns)

  • Price Point

  • Quality 

  • Customer Demand & Appeal 

  • Product availability

Wreaths (floral/greenery, no mesh)

Furniture
