Three Little Birds is a rapidly growing Retail Store located in the heart of Downtown Clayton, NC. With over 10,000 square feet of retail space, the store offers a wide variety of home goods, home furnishings, gifts, apparel and many other items that complement Southern lifestyle. In addition to the brick and mortar store, we also have a broad audience that supports our e-commerce and LIVE shopping platforms.
Retail Specialist is a part time position that includes assisting customers with their purchases, being knowledgeable about merchandise, and using the register to complete purchases.
Floor Leader is responsible for leading Retail Specialists to uphold customer service standards, maintaining cleanliness of the store, scheduling floor employees, and handling customer issues.
Inventory Specialist works with our Inventory Leader in shipping and receiving getting merchandise ready for the floor, organizing storage areas, fulfilling customer orders, and reconciling inventory counts.
Store Manager ensures that our customer facing and non-customer facing operations are carried out at a high level through both leading and performing tasks throughout the store and leading employees.

Our retail specialists should have a strong knowledge of home décor trends, fashion, gifts and accessories. The sales team at The Market is responsible for ensuring that our customers are wowed by their experience from the merchandising of our unique goods to the individual attention given during each visit. A strong passion and love for shopping local and our Clayton community is very important to the success of our store.
